I really enjoy visiting Sarah for all my treatments. She's super warm, friendly, and professional, plus she's got mad skills. Right from the start, she makes you feel comfortable and is always willing to adjust things until you're happy with the results. She's upfront about any risks involved, so you can make smart choices. I keep returning to Sarah because I have complete faith in her, and I always walk out feeling amazing, knowing that the treatments I get from her truly make a difference. My time at Phi Clinic was absolutely top-notch. I traveled from the States, and even though it was Christmas week and I faced some scheduling issues because of a flight delay, they managed to fit me in right away. Dr. Anneka Shah has a fantastic eye for beauty and a gentle touch. This was by far the best and simplest filler experience I've ever had, and the outcome is just breathtaking. Everything looks perfectly balanced. I feel younger and more revitalized, and honestly, not even my mom could guess I had anything done. The results are beautifully natural. I’m pretty new to this whole scene! I always thought I wouldn’t go for any procedures because I was super worried about looking too artificial, but I’m really glad I took the plunge.

The consultation was fantastic…everyone was so welcoming, non-judgmental, and not at all pushy. Nobody pressured me with phrases like “you need this or that”; they just heard me out and shared what options I had and how effective they could be. I wanted to ease my crow's feet and some lines on my forehead—not to get rid of them entirely, just to soften them a bit—and they explained that a light Botox treatment should achieve what I was after. They took the time to go over the benefits, (mild) risks, and helped me set more realistic expectations than I had before.

I decided to go for it, and honestly, I’m totally amazed. It turned out just like they said and exactly what I was hoping for.

No one can tell I’ve had any “work done,” but I’ve received a bunch of unexpected compliments from friends, family, and even strangers…I’m a 38-year-old man, and getting stopped by folks to compliment me is NOT something that usually happens.

The upkeep isn’t too much trouble either. Overall, my confidence is sky-high, and the value of this entire experience was outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I just wanna give a shoutout to Jenna Staal. My experience with her and the PHI clinic for my rosacea treatment using pulsed dye has been really great. I've seen a bunch of skin pros before, but this is the first time I felt like they genuinely cared about their patients and showed real professionalism. Plus, their prices are way more reasonable than Emma Craythrone, who charges a crazy £150 just for a test patch.

From the start, Jenna was super polite, straightforward, and set realistic expectations about the pulsed dye treatment and what I could expect for my skin. Thankfully, after a few sessions, I've noticed a reduction in the redness on my face. Even when I had some worries at first, Jenna was really nice and scheduled an appointment to check my skin, which turned out to be nothing serious and helped ease my stress.

I'm really thankful for the care and treatment I've gotten from Jenna, and I'm looking forward to coming back for more sessions.

This was my first foray into the aesthetics world, and I was a bit on edge, but honestly, there was no need to be. The PHI Clinic has a lovely, chill vibe with super friendly staff. After sharing a glowing review about my consultation, I was really let down when Phi changed my treatment appointment. I had already bought non-refundable train tickets to London, and was informed that no one else could handle my treatment. They also refused to cover the cost of my tickets, which were £88. So, I've decided to cancel my treatment.

Last month, I had the chance to check out Phi Clinic, and I was really blown away by the outcomes and the top-notch way they handled everything. With Sarah looking after me, I felt totally comfortable and relaxed throughout my time there. She's amazing at what she does, and the whole team was great too. I visited the PHI clinic for vascular laser therapy after a rough time at another place, and I’m really satisfied with the care I got. I've had four sessions of Excel V with Christina, and not only have I noticed a big difference in my skin, but I’m also super happy with how Christina handled everything. She was incredibly patient and understanding since I was quite anxious after my previous experience, and she really took the time to manage both the treatment and the aftercare. It’s fantastic to find a therapist who truly cares about getting results, and I completely trust her with my skin.
